This output folder contains a subset of plots resulting from the DBS and SBS matrix generation. The plots generated include * SBS-6 * SBS-24 * SBS-96 * SBS-384 * SBS-384 * DBS-78 * DBS-186 * ID-28 * ID-83 * ID-415

Other plots possible but not returned are SBS_1536 and a sample portrait.

Each file will also contain a separate plot for every input sample analyzed.
